The NXG Group is made up of a range of enterprises that provide services primarily but not exclusively to the youth market whilst helping create training, work experience and employment opportunities for young people. Conceived in 2006 by Michael Kosmas, the NXG Group has worked with over 5000 young people and created over 30 jobs. NXG The Next Generation, in a nutshell is a youth brand that aims to Inspire, Empower and Educate.
To Inspire through our media productions and publications such as the NXG Zine and NXG TV for the youth to aspire to achieve the best they can out of life.
To Empower by offering work experience, volunteering, and job opportunities on many of our enterprises and project including giving un-sung talent the opportunity to shine.
To Educate through our training courses that we offer with our partners, providing education to those who find it difficult in mainstream education and those who want to develop their artistic ability.
Our goal is to become the number one youth brand in the UK and to reach over 500,000 young people per year with our services by 2015 , we have set out to achieve this by expanding our media projects, expanding on our training course and partnership development. This will enable us to reach more young people and ensure that we continue to achieve our core objectives, of inspiring, empowering and educating the next generation.
